Charlotte Winné and Ludovic Buron are a creative couple who blend arts and crafts with design. The duo trained in arts and crafts at the Ecole Boulle, where they met in 2014.

Passionate about design, Ludovic Buron is also trained in metalworking. After several years making and restoring designer pieces, he set about designing his own objects and furniture.

Following her diploma in cabinetmaking, Charlotte Winné explored a wide range of craft techniques. Today, she applies this multi-disciplinary approach to combining materials in creations that straddle the border between design and craft.

They joined forces to create under a common signature: NOUE.
The studio has a hybrid approach based on the exchange of their know-how: cabinetmaking and bronze mounting.
The essence of the duo lies in the fascination of artisanal gestures that transcend materials.
The duo’s quest is for precision in line and legibility in the shapes, materials and assemblies they employ.
